Conference Format
NEEPS hosts the annual conference in a hybrid format to include evolutionary scholars who are unable to travel to the conference for various reasons, including lack of funding. All in-person oral presentations will be live-streamed. Scholars can present virtually as well. Virtual presentations will be live presentations, not video recordings, and will take place during the conference program hours (in the 8am-6pm range, US Eastern Time Zone). There will also be a virtual poster session in Gathertown.
Abstract Submissions
Abstract submissions for talks and data blitzes will be open November 1 to December 1
Abstract submissions for posters will be open November 1 to January 18
In addition to innovative work in the Evolutionary Behavioral Sciences, we welcome presentations on: Applied Evolutionary Theory, Feminist Evolutionary Perspectives, Evolutionary Pedagogy, and Non-Academic Career Opportunities.
Expected Registration Rates
Student Registration is expected to be around $20 for both virtual and in person attendance.
Faculty and Professional Registration is expected to be around $50 for virtual attendance and $200 for in person attendance.
